In a world of hit-or-miss dining, Flames is a shining beacon of consistency and is like stepping into ann amazing culinary dream. I've been five times now (yes, I'm a fan!), and each visit has been exceptional and I'm convinced they're performing some sort of delicious sorcery in the kitchen and behind the bar. The Caldo Verde soup is a must have. The Chicken Martini is a revelation – savory, sophisticated, and utterly delicious. Then there's the Chicken Burrata, which should probably come with a warning label: May cause extreme happiness. My family insists on trying every dessert, and let me tell you, they haven't disappointed. And the cocktails? Forget your average mixed drinks; these are crafted masterpieces (at least that is what the wife says. The service is top-notch, leaving you feeling genuinely cared for. If you're looking for a dining experience in Monroe that will make your taste buds sing and leave you drooling for more, look no further than Flames. Go. Now. Oh but make a reservation.

I went to this restaurant for a private activity with family. The entre options included a range to satisfy a crowd. I ordered a chicken martini and a passion fruit mojito which were both were delicious. Chicken was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked. It was tender and the white wine sauce complemented very well with the mashed potatoes and spinach sides. It was simply delicious. I am curious to try other options from the menu. The owner himself was working tables,the bar and directing his staff diligently which tells you a lot about the quality and details that are put into service. My daughter ordered the penne vodka pasta and described it as delicious, and wholesome. She said the flavors complimented each other perfectly. Totally recommend this place!

Pt2 Went back to Flames all the way from NY and I took friends with me. One person had been there before but the others were completely blown away! We ordered zucchini flowers, which my friend said were the best she’s had since her grandmas...and other appetizers including soup! Spot on! I ordered the Osso buco, which was incredible and although the restaurant was busy, the food was hot, DELICIOUS, served beautifully and our service was impeccable. I will definitely be back! To be continued... Pt1 I'm not sure about the haters, but my friends/family and I visited Flames last night and was blown away. I have a very picky 13 year old and Mike personally came over to speak to us to accommodate absolutely anything we could want. This made for a VERY happy teenager! The service throughout the night was spot on and we all tried a few different dishes... each one better than the next, right down to dessert! The fried calamari was fresh and crispy; the melt in your mouth kind- and the seafood salad (a special menu item), which could've been a disaster, was AMAZING! Others in my group ordered Italian staples and they truly enjoyed them. My food came out hot, quickly, and was incredible. For dessert, we tried several items. I opted for the Creme Brulee. I think the picture speaks for itself! If I lived closer I would frequent more often, but I was with others from the area. However, I will definitely make a point to return to Flames. The hospitality there was unlike anything I've yet to feel in a NY restaurant. Great Job guys and best of luck!

Now decorated for the holidays, we have found the owners, staff & food reliably great! Whether for a special occasion, birthday, or high-end white tablecloth dinner either family - we keep raving about Flames . We even checked out the “party room” for future reference. Reservations recommended on weekend nights.

We live in Florida and while in Connecticut we have been to Flames on multiple occasions and are never disappointed. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, and each choice we have made has been exceptional. The flavors of each food on the plate complement each other, and the dishes have been beautifully presented. Additionally, the staff have all been attentive and professional. It is obvious the owner and chef take great pride in creating their menu as well as both regular plates and specials We highly recommend Flames.

Great service. We absolutely loved the food, the appetizers were beyond delicious. Everything extremely well seasoned and the attention to detail was everything! The spicy margarita was also a perfect balance of everything and Georgina’s wine recommendation was just perfect, and I now have a new favorite! The atmosphere was also nice and classy. Would recommend.
